An ad hoc official of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Kogi state was on Saturday arrested for thumb-printing ballot papers in the State Assembly election Imane in Olamaboro local government, The officials were arrested at Imane by angry youths, from Samuel Idenyi House a protege of Kogi state Deputy Governor, Edward Onoja.
